Our rehabilitation programs are designed to work with your body to help you make significant strides in your recovery so you can get back to doing all the things you love.
We have three different rehabilitation programs.
- Beyond Recovery
Your first week of any program will have 3 sessions, and then after that you will have 2 sessions a week through the duration of your program.
The initial consultation and first rehab session takes the longest so be sure to plan for the full 60 minutes.
Each session after that is 30 minutes, or less. Our goal is for to spend the least amount of time possible with us. Showing up ready to go with a positive mindset, and ready to fully participate is key to helping you through the recovery process.
At each appointment, we go through our unique rehabilitation exercises that will empower your whole body to not only feel good but also increase functionality and your ability to do everyday tasks, projects, and activities.
Our sessions are one-on-one in a dedicated space, so you have no distractions, and a Rehab Specialist whose job it is to empower you and lead you through your rehabilitation using our unique Static Incline Training Exercise Approach (SITx Training).

Why don’t you guys accept insurance?
Cash packages cost you less than what we would have to bill to your insurance.
Only recover you to a point of where you were originally, with cash we have free reign to take you beyond recovery. So you can really address ALL the problems that cause your pain, and not just one or two areas.
Is RyseUP Rehab like physical therapy?
In some ways, yes, in many ways – no. While both have the goal to help you recover, the way we empower you and the SITx protocols are completely different. We focus on strengthening the areas that were injured, and the other parts of the body that will help support and aid your whole body in feeling better. We also use a hands-off approach that gets right to work on strengthening your body at the highest level you can go.
Do I have to do exercises at home on top of my appointment?
Because of the way our sessions are designed most of our clients do not do homework or extra exercises at home. While our rehabilitation sessions are intense, most of our clients only because they have to. Our approach gets right to strengthening the muscles, joints, and ligaments so you can have increased mobility and ease of pain right away.
What do I need to bring and wear to a session?
We encourage you to wear shorts, tennis shoes, and a comfortable top for you – this may be an exercise shirt, t-shirt, or a tank top. It can get warm in the room, even though we do have a fan, so please dress accordingly. We also encourage you to bring a water bottle with you.
How much does a rehabilitation session cost?
Our rehabilitation programs cost between $500 to $1200. This puts each session at less than $55 (our normal one-time session is $75) Our cash packages cost you less than what we would have to bill to your insurance. These packages are created around building a tailored strategy to get you out of the pain zone.
If your injury is due to a car accident, we work directly with your insurance to cover the cost of your rehabilitation with Personal Injury Protection (PIP). Which is required by law as part of your Utah car insurance coverage.
